BMW 123d - I think I'd take one if offered in the states

Once again, stop with the rocks. I know it is somewhat blasphemous, however, I've said often enough that I'd love to see a "135d" if such could ever be made, and (more importantly) shipped to the states.

I was looking at some overseas BMW sites and thought that 123d would really suit me as well. Not quite as much of a brute as a theoretical 135d would be, but still impressive with 204HP and 300TQ. 42MPG (US) would be nice as well.
