I need to replace the window regulator.

I need to replace the window regulator. I've removed the window and have removed the 3 bolts that hold the regulator onto the door. Now what?

I even loosened the whole assembly and it slides around the door frame but I can't figure out what the heck Im supposed to do to get it all out to make sure nothing is broken or how to get the actual regulator off.
